  1. Gordon, I cannot help to have noticed on more than one occasion you have claimed to have ‘cracked the code.’ Congratulations.. so what does it say?

  2. Yes, that’s correct here’s a link to some of the posts: https://tamamshud.blogspot.com/search?q=Code+cracked
You’ll notice that they are from 4 years ago and much more work has been done in between times but not published. There’s a reason for that and it’s because there’s a book on its way and it will contain the very latest information on improved techniques and updated and new decrypts. If you’d like to forward your name and address, when the book is published, it’s a hard back, I’ll let you know and you can order one directly from me and I’ll send you a signed copy. Best Regards,
    Gordon

  4. Yes, that’s all very well, but when someone says they have ‘cracked’ a code they mean they have deciphered it into plain text. Is this what you have done?

  5. Cracking codes is as old as codes them selves. It's not easy and most times you get a break and find a bit of a code or something that turned up regularly. The Midway code was cracked by the US sending a fake message that Midway was out of water. Next you know, the Japanese sent a message relating to AF being short of water, AF was of course Midway. The Japanese RED code was two codes and it took the US 3 years to crack that second code. Cracking codes in those days was much harder than most people realise. It's easy as if you have the code books, the enemy wasn't too obliging in that regard.

Gordon I read your posts re Hill cipher and they seem to check out but I suspect there's another mixed with it. I'll message you. I think your on the money with the Nihilist cipher, how are you doing with that?
