A most interesting man and an equally interesting book. The name 'John Mulholland', will be known to many researchers into the early days of the CIA. John was a world-class magician and it was his fame that first drew the attention of the CIA.  So much so that he was hired to write a manual for CIA operatives in which he describes many tricks and techniques that were later used by the agents he trained.

THE DANETTA CODE discusses those methods and more which together form the 'TRADECRAFT' Lens through which the events of the Somerton Man and other cases of that era should be viewed.

Though John's formal relationship with the CIA did not start until 1953, it is thought that his advice and input started some years earlier.
