An interim Post for those interested,:
This is the mysterious Mr. Holban who has been nominated as the Somerton Man by, I understand, an ex Adelaide Real Estate Agent and who is now a lawyer based in Canberra. Mr. Holban as you can see is partially bald, I have my doubts about the ears in particular and it would be good to have details of his background as well as his height. Sophie apparently points to high levels of Strontium 90 in the Somerton Man's hair and to my knowledge that has never been confirmed.
It does seem that the Carl Webb story has been finished off but replaced by another claim which is yet to be supported with hard evidence and I look forward to seeing that. So a few big question marks as yet and I wish Sophie all the best in her research.and here’s photo of a document dated 1950 plus Holban’s fingerprints:

so nobody's face will ever match it. Only Boxall himself.

so nobody's fingerprints will ever match those either.

His NAA file states his height is 5 feet 11 inches. The document supports the view that he was alive in 1950.

I know it’s a lil off topic but there was a website by ms.Holsman last year but it has since been taken down, they were a whole bunch of crazy invincible ink writings on the plaster bust of the Somerton man as well on the PM photo on him.If I can recollect on the them said One of them said RIP Carl and another had a drawing on of a Boat I just posted this because I want to know if you saw the website Mr.Cramer? And if you did what was your opinion about it?
ReplyDeleteI know of Sopies theories and I do not subscribe to them. I looked at the site at the time but couldn't make sense of it. Everyone's entitled to their view and I wish her well.
