SOMERTON MAN MYSTERY

The Evidence The Facts In Detail In Depth

THE SOMERTON MAN LINKED TO URANIUM MINES

In the last post, we looked at the way a Code had been hidden within the larger letters of the Somerton Man code page. I left a few clues as to how that code would be detected and where, if anywhere it might lead us. It leads us to South Australian Uranium mines as you are about to read.

THE SIGNAL

To begin at the beginning, a signal was left by the Somerton Man, in fact, there was more than one but for now, we will stick with the one that was intended to be read sooner rather than later.

If you recall my focus was not on the '4 straight A's' as promoted by other blogs, as you will see they rather missed the message. The focus of the last post was the number 7.

Amongst the examples found there was one that was hidden in plain sight and I confess that I deliberately followed suit. You will no doubt recall that amongst the belongings found on the body of the Somerton Man, there was a packet of cigarettes, the packet was one brand and the cigarettes inside were of another, more exclusive and expensive brand. Army Club was the packet but the cigarettes themselves were Kensitas. There were 7 of them and that was the signal:

Someone was being told to look for answers using the number 7. As it turns out it was every 7th letter on the code page: AOAIQSR. But, when you put those 7 letters into a decoder, the Hill cipher, they spat out 1000 options but only one of them made any sense at all, that was SSWANGARA. I mentioned elsewhere that there was no SS Wangara that I could find but Wangara is a suburb of Perth in Western Australia. That was a deliberate red herring! Apologies.

Whilst the decode was SSWangara, notice that it had 9 letters. Our focus was 7 letters and so if you drop the SS from the seeing you just get WANGARA, still a suburb of Perth but it is also another place.

It is a location in Wilpena Pound, in the North of South Australia and the center of Uranium mining starting in 1910, it did lose favour through the 1920s but picked up again dramatically in WW2. Numerous deposits were explored some within an hour or so of Wangara Lookout which itself was no more than 4 hours drive to Woomera.

SUMMARY

There you have it, yet another number 7 and found on the code page which quickly led us to a specific location known for its uranium ore deposits.

How does this affect the Micro Writing also found on the code page? I made a start some weeks ago and there is still work to be done but it appears that the microcode within the 7 letters AOAIQSR relates to that area and people who may have been there.
