USING THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SOMERTON MAN...

I used an AI image generator to ask the question what would the Somerton Man have looked like when he was alive? It required that I enter a fairly detailed description of the man but there were text limitations. The above is one that I thought could be reasonable close to SMs appearance.
Below, are three more images recovered from the same session, as you can see, I added the beard to see what effect it had on the overall appearance.
You can see the difference that lighting makes although there are some who have difficulty grasping what part lighting plays in photographs. The second and third images are of the same base image.
So, there you have what an AI toolset can possibly do, it needs some fairly thorough testing but it looks promising.
And this last one was intriguing...
