...ACCORDING TO DETECTIVE BROWN THE NURSE'S PHONE NUMBER
WAS WRITTEN IN TINY LETTERING AND
IT WAS IN THE TOP RIGHT OF THE CODE PAGE...
I have had these images on file for a few years now and reviewed them again earlier this year. Above is the Code page and I have processed that using the INK H recovery method which has been published here numerous times over the years.
If you examine the page you will see a number of examples of microcode and some a little larger. For example to the right alongside the last letter on the last line, you will see a series of numbers and some letters. In fact, you will see many examples throughout the page and within the larger letters. There'll be more detail on that later but for now, the focus is on the Nurse's number, X3239.
If you look to the top right of the code page above you can see a small orange-coloured mark that outlines just where the X3239 is to be found.

THE CLOSE-UP COMPARISON:
In the marked area, you will be able to see at the very top corner a small x, partially obscured, followed by the number 32, and then beneath those two numbers you should be able to make out the 39 at a slight angle.
You might have expected to see a single straight line containing the number but, as you can see, it is at the very top right and there was just enough room to squeeze it in and, as Detective Brown said, it's in very tiny writing. Someone went to a great deal of trouble to write over the number as they did throughout the code page. It wasn't meant to be seen, for reasons that may become clear in the coming weeks.

Yes, got it. A bit blurry but I can see the 3239, the x is small and not easy to see but there is definitely something there.
