....The image is quite stunning, I do not know exactly how the algorithms, that detect likely color, work but interestingly we have an auburn hair color and it has chosen brown eyes. The Somerton Man's eyes are said to have been hazel in color which is supposedly a combination of brown, green, and gold but I think that's a variable....
....You will see that the left ear is quite different from that of the Somerton Man:

And below is the comparison of the right ear which is not as straightforward to achieve, nonetheless, you should be able to the differences notably the smooth line of the outer rim of SM's right ear versus Carl's rather uneven-shaped outer rim.
It would be a much better result if we had a profile image of young Carl.
