An Improved version. The perspective has been changed a little which I think gives us a clearer image of all except Roy on the right.
This next image is a comparison of Carl and post-autopsy and pre-bust images:
The comparisons are interesting as they appear to show differences in the ears of the men, The right ear seems lower on the real Carl Webb and the left ear is a different shape, it's flatter against the head. The hair colour is quite distinctly different in both comparisons, the nose looks to be 'fatter' which could again be the enhancement process although it does appear that way in the original image. His nose appears to be quite bulbous, wide at the nostrils, possibly just the lighting causing that appearance.
Having said that, it is possible that the perspective fix may have caused that issue, the photo of the family below though does seem to confirm the differences. Worth further research I think.

I have tried numerous online tools to get a better image but, without going to a cost, this is the best I can do at the moment. Perhaps we will see better photographs of Carl on the ABC programme on 21st November.
