As of yesterday, the true identity of the Somerton Man has become known as the direct result of the outstanding work of Professor Derek Abbott.
I wanted to publicly congratulate the Professor for his outstanding achievement. It has taken years of persistence, with some wins and some setbacks but to his everlasting credit, Professor Abbott stuck to the task, kept focused, and has now achieved the most significant result imaginable in this case.

Carl Charles Webb from Footscray in Victoria is the Somerton Man.

ReplyDeleteCARL CHARLES WEBB, interestingly Carl lived just a 10 minute drive away from TIBOR KALDOR in Melbourne. They both died in Adelaide 2 weeks apart, both had codes associated with them and apparently both suicides. The word is 'Sus'
