VERSE 70 MICROWRITING 

IRT TECHNIQUE

Due to the Infrared technique and the fact that it removes all excess ink and covering, what you see above is a mass of micro letters and numbers assembled to form the shape of the bunch of grapes and leaves on the Inscription page of the Boxall book.

Below is another example from the Title Page is a cropped image of the Authors name OMAR KHAYYAM:

In the highlighted areas of the image to the left, you can see how microcode has been hidden in the typed text of the Title page, whilst by using strong lighting, you can see disturbances within the letters, the infrared transmission technique clearly shows the code.

Decrypting what we see here is another question. We might find some clues in the SOE manual on codes and ciphers. Any volunteers?
