She certainly hadn't done her finals in the 40's and that comes from Professor Abbott. He also says that she took her final exam in the 60's someone should look through the Sydney Morning Herald records in the 60's to confirm.Gordon332https://www.blogger.com/profile/17690592260936410432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2649149095048346117.post-51507230934107464102015-07-01T03:13:01.321+10:002015-07-01T03:13:01.321+10:00I have placed a link to a Verse 70 Page in the pos...I have placed a link to a Verse 70 Page in the post above, many images there for download if you wish. Some are good and many not so but that's the nature of the task :)Gordon332https://www.blogger.com/profile/17690592260936410432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2649149095048346117.post-45658852719141517052015-07-01T02:47:03.931+10:002015-07-01T02:47:03.931+10:00Well intentioned questions are always valuable for...Well intentioned questions are always valuable for both sides. I have taken many images of the Verse and have quite a number not yet published, it could be that the approach you're referring to is amongst them. My first thoughts in response would be that we are dealing with objects around the .4mm range and they will quickly go out of focus using a macro lens. Maybe the best bet is for me to set up a page called Verse 70 and simply upload everything I have on to it.<br />No such thing as a silly question, always welcome.Gordon332https://www.blogger.com/profile/17690592260936410432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2649149095048346117.post-83103502774813383052015-06-30T20:56:51.467+10:002015-06-30T20:56:51.467+10:00Hi Gordon, Great close-ups of the letters-is there...Hi Gordon, Great close-ups of the letters-is there a way that the letters could be "distorted" i.e. stretching a part of a letter, like a camera lens focusing very close up, then slowly pulling away to, possibly, reveal more information. Yes, I know it's a stupid question and I should know better, but I thought I would ask!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
